An attorney pleaded guilty to a lesser charge after being pulled over for allegedly driving while drunk.
A judge suspended Cecily Ferris' license for an additional six months.
The officer who pulled her over was suspended after Columbus police discovered that he texted Ferris more than 200 times after the traffic stop and didn't charge her until four months after the traffic stop.
Police are investigating the officer's conduct.
