The Ohio State Highway Patrol said six people were hospitalized following a crash on U.S. 62 at State Route 661 in Licking County Friday night.
Investigators said a driver failed to stop at a flashing red light at about 8 p.m.
That driver allegedly struck a truck carrying a boat. That truck then struck a car stopped at the intersection.
The state patrol says a total of six people had to be taken to area hospitals.
Two of them had to be taken by helicopter because of their injuries, including one child.
The names of the victims were not immediately available.
Everyone is expected to survive.
