Some Pataskala residents are getting a final warning to clean up their yards.
A Pataskala city ordinance requires property owners to keep grass and weeds shorter than 8 inches.
Between June 11 and June 26, the city said it issued 13 violations.
So far, nine property owners have not complied.
Final warnings went in the mail on Wednesday.
If you fail to correct this violation within the time period specified, the city will cut the grass or weeds and submit the charges, plus an additional administrative charge of $200 or 20 percent of the actual charges, whichever is greater.
