Substation Problems Knocked Out Power To Stringtown Road

Grove City Police said a power outage caused traffic lights to out along Stringtown Road Thursday morning.

Police said power was completely restored to the area shortly before 8:30 A.M.

Police said a substation problem caused the outage.

At 6:30 A.M. American Electric Power reported 3,673 outages in Franklin County.

If power is out at a traffic light, that light should be treated as a four-way stop.
