Officials Issue Nationwide Warrant For Mother Who Interfered With Custody Ruling

UPDATED: Saturday June 22, 2013 3:10 PM

The Richland County Sheriff’s Office says a nationwide warrant has been issued for a mother who took her two children after a custody ruling.

According to the sheriff’s office, Danielle M. Ralph (Behr) took her children, 3-year-old Amber, and 2-year-old Gabriel, after a ruling on Thursday that granted custody to her ex-husband.

After the ruling, Ralph stated that she would not give her children to anyone, according to officials.

An Amber Alert was not issued because the criteria for the alert was not met.

Ralph is thought to possibly be in Columbus, where she has ties. She is a self-proclaimed member of the Sovereign Citizen Movement.

Anyone with information about Ralph’s whereabouts is asked to contact the US Marshals Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force by calling 1-866-4WANTED.
