Gun control supporters gathered in Hilliard on Friday to remember the victims in the Sandy Hook Elementary school shootings.
The group, Moms Demand Action For Gun Sense In America, gathered on the six-month anniversary of the deadly Connecticut shootings.
They remembered those lost and called for action.
“We think there needs to be reasonable laws in place to prevent people from having guns that shouldn’t have them,” said Kelly Cameron.
Group members said that the issue of gun control is not going away.
There are more than 100 chapters of the support group nationwide that have formed since the shooting.
