Columbus police continue to investigate after a woman says she was kidnapped and raped.
The 21-year-old woman says she had just gotten off a bus near Brice Road and Livingston Avenue and was on her way home when she says she was grabbed and forced into a white Suburban.
Police got involved after a 911 call just before 2 a.m. Thursday.
The woman told operators she had been kidnapped nine hours earlier.
According to a search warrant obtained by 10TV, the woman told police she was raped and that the suspect had left to get condoms.
Tracking her cell phone signal, police responded to the area as a 911 operator told her to get out of the apartment.
The woman flagged down officers, who searched the apartment on James Road, where they say they found weapons and drugs.
The woman then spotted the white Suburban passing, and pointed it out to police.
Police took a man and woman into custody for questioning.
Police say the man refused to answer questions, but the woman told them the alleged victim had been with them in the apartment voluntarily and was involved in voluntary sex acts with the man and others.
Police released the couple. It was unknown if the two will face charges.
