JPMorgan Chase & Co. is working with the City of Dublin to bring jobs to a building recently vacated by Nationwide.
Dublin City Council is expected to consider the first reading of legislation next week that would provide incentives to Chase to create 500 jobs in the suburb.
If the plan is approved, Chase would take over a 165,000-square-foot building in the Tuttle Mall area along Parkwood Place.
The proposed incentive package is worth $465,000.
