Memorial Tournament officials announced Tuesday that Tiger Woods will be back this year.
Woods is currently the top-ranked golfer in the world and just won The Players tournament this weekend.
He has a record five victories at Memorial Tournament.
“Tiger is playing some of the best golf of his career, and that says a lot, since he has been, arguably, the dominant figure in the sport for the last 15 years or so,” said Jack Nicklaus.
This will be Woods 14th appearance at the tournament which runs May 27 - June 2.
The tournament also announced that golfers Lee Westwood and Luke Donald will be part of the field this year.
