Special Information:

     A secondary cold front will cross the state this evening bringing with it another chance for light showers and a reinforcing shot of unseasonably cool air. Temperatures overnight will hover around 40 degrees but only rise into the middle to upper 50's on Sunday. Despite the cool temperatures, Mother's Day will have more sunshine. With clear skies expected Sunday night, areas of frost will likely develop after midnight and stick around through daybreak on Monday.

     Temperatures will remain seasonably cool to start the week but quickly rise back closer to seasonable averages on Tuesday. Warm weather is expected through the second half of next week with the next chance for thunderstorms expected on Thursday. High temperatures will reach back into the upper 70s to lower 80s by midweek.
