HEATH, Ohio – Police are searching for information that will lead to the arrest of the person responsible for a burglary at a Heath home.
According to Licking County Crime Stoppers, a suspect broke into a home in the 900 block of Northbrook Court around 4:15 a.m. on April 11. The victim that saw the suspect fired a gunshot at the intruder and missed.
The man who entered the home fled on foot with the victim’s wallet, cash and bank card and is described as 6-feet-tall and wearing a black hoodie.
This follows another crime in the area from earlier in the year. On Jan. 10, jewelry, checks, two guns and electronics were taken from a home in the 2800 block of Seminary Road.
Licking County Crime Stoppers is offering a $1,000 reward to anyone with information that could lead to the arrest of the person responsible for the burglary.
