Columbus Police Searching For High Risk Missing Man

Columbus Police were looking for a high risk missing man Monday morning.

76-year-old Booker T. Pope was last seen near his grandaughter's apartment in the area of Noe Bixby and Refugee Road around 2:30 p.m. Sunday.

Police said Pope usually walks from his home to the gas station or his granddaughter's apartment, then returns home.
On Sunday, he never made it home.

Pope is described as being 5'8, 170 lbs. He was last seen wearing khaki pants, a burgandy shirt, tan work boots and a black baseball cap. He is balding and has grey facial hair.
Pope is considered a high risk missing person because he has Dementia/Alzheimer's Disease.
