Upper Arlington Restaurant Employee Charged After Allegedly Forcing Himself On Fellow Employee

A man is charged with gross sexual imposition and having a weapon under disability after he allegedly forced himself on a coworker.

According to court documents, Justin James Albert Gosetto, an employee at Alex's Bistro, located in the 4600 block of Reed Road, approached a female employee and attempted to make sexual advances.

The alleged victim told Upper Arlington police that Gosetto attempted to make out with her and put his hands down her pants.

When police found Gosetto, they found him to have a Smith and Wesson 357 revolver tucked in his pants pocket.

Gosetto posted $50,000 bond on Wednesday.
