Franklin County Deputy Charged With Drunken-Driving Faces Probation

A Franklin County Sheriff’s deputy faces a year of probation and a $350 fine for driving a car while intoxicated.

Scott Crossley was charged with drunken-driving in November when he was speeding and appeared to be weaving.

Crossley was off-duty at the time of his arrest.

Court records show he was also charged with drunken driving back in 2006.
