2 Children Found Near Active Meth Lab In Chillicothe

Police say two small children were found near an active methamphetamine lab in Chillicothe.

Authorities were called to 928 Gilmore St. around 1:30 a.m. on a call of a strange odor.

A meth lab was discovered in the garage, according to the Chillicothe Police Department.

Four people were arrested and charged with manufacturing and possessing drugs.

Cheyenne Sowers, 23; Kimberly Richter, 43, Charles Stewart, 33; and Joshua Irvin, 25, all of Chillicothe, were charged.
