Special Information:
   Another very warm day ahead but this time with a chance for scattered showers and storms. Some of the storms may become strong to severe later today and again tomorrow. A frontal boundary stalled over northern Ohio will be the focal point for storm development. More widespread showers and storms are expected tomorrow ahead of a cold front that will cool us off by the end of the week. Skies will brighten over the weekend as high pressure builds in with temperatures rebounding quickly early next week.
