Police Search For Man Who Jumped Over Pharmacy Counter, Threatened Employee With A Gun

Police are asking for help identifying a man accused of stealing a number of prescriptions and cash from a Nelsonville pharmacy.

According to police, a man walked into the Fruth Pharmacy on April 5 and went directly back to the pharmacy counter.

The man jumped over the counter, flashed a gun and demanded medication.

The man left with a large amount of prescription medications and money from the cash register and then fled.

Anyone with information about the crime is asked to call the Nelsonville Police Department at 740-753-1736.
