A man convicted in a deadly shooting and aggravated robbery was re-sentenced for his crimes on Tuesday.
Mahat Osman was convicted in 2009 for the murder of Donnie Putnam and the aggravated robbery of Bill Osborne. At that time, Osman was sentenced to 28 years to life.
Osman appealed the sentence, and the court remanded the case back to the Court of Common Pleas.
On Tuesday, Osman was again in court and again given 28 years behind bars: 10 for aggravated robbery, 15 for murder and three each for gun specifications.
