A man accused of burglarizing a Washington Court House home faces three years in prison.
According to Fayette County officials, 27-year-old Spencer Johnson used a box cutter to slice a porch screen door and remove the door's windows to get inside of the home in December.
He ran after triggering an alarm.
Johnson also was ordered to pay about $1,200 in court costs and $150 to the home's owner.
