A man faces procuring and drug paraphernalia charges after allegedly running a house where prostitution took place.
According to a warrant, west Columbus resident Jason Righter is accused of running a "flop house" where prostitutes take men to engage in sex acts. The customers usually pay for the rooms.
The warrant stated that the arrest came after an undercover officer went into the house on South Central Avenue and rented a bedroom.
The report stated that several women were using the flop house at the time.
