2 Adults, 2 Juveniles Also Charged In Connection With Riot Involving Circleville Mother Who Died

UPDATED: Tuesday April 2, 2013 11:51 AM

A man and woman were arrested on Monday afternoon in connection with a riot after which a young Circleville mother died.

According to the Pickaway County Sheriff’s Office, 26-year-old Daniel Isaiah Harris and 18-year-old Angel Marie Haines are each charged with aggravated rioting.

Two juveniles also were issued summons to appear in court on Tuesday.

The four are charged in connection with the March 27 riot after which 21-year-old Brittany Jefferson died.

Cameron Eby, 20, and Nicole Leasure, 37, were held on $500,000 bond on Friday.

Two 17 year olds, Brandon Bolin and Keely Martin, Leasure’s daughter, also are charged and were ordered to be detained until their next court hearing.

Eby, Leasure and Bolin are charged with aggravated rioting. Martin is charged with rioting.

Jeffers, 21, was declared brain-dead last week after being beaten during a brawl.

Police say the large argument stemmed from an attempted burglary report at a neighbor's house. Loved ones say Jeffers was beaten and stomped for no reason.

No charges have been directly filed in connection with Jeffers’ death.
