A man who ran from a courtroom after pleading guilty to robbery charges earlier this month faces another charge.

According to the Franklin County Prosecutor’s Office, Miguel E. Neil, 41, was indicted on one count of escape in connection with the incident during the March 11 hearing.

At the hearing, Neil pleaded guilty to robbery charges in connection with crimes at Subway and Wendy’s restaurants, the Bellstore Marathon Gas Station and an Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles.

Police caught him after he allegedly robbed the BMV on Lazelle Road after he ran into a dance studio filled with children, prompting a brief SWAT situation.

Neil filed a motion on March 15 to withdraw his guilty plea.
