The postal service is investigating whether a child's Easter card was the target of a theft ring.
The card, containing $50, was sent in the mail from the child's grandmother in Centerville. However, all that arrived at their Dublin home was the open envelope -- the card and the cash were gone.
The USPS is investigating whether there were other incidents and who may be responsible.
