Bob Evans Farms announced on Friday the sale of three of its Ohio properties to a Los Angeles-based private equity firm.
According to a release, the central Ohio-based company sold its corporate headquarters building and two Ohio food production facilities to New Mill Capital LLC, a private equity firm specializing in repositioning closed corporate facilities.
The former headquarters building is a 77,000-square-food building located at 3766 S. High St.
It was one of the company’s last headquarters buildings to be sold following the announcement that Bob Evans Farms was moving its headquarters to New Albany.
Only a trucking facility at the former campus remains to be sold, according to the release.
The food production plants that were sold were located in Springfield and Bidwell. The company announced in May 2012 that the plants were closing.
The amount of the sale was not immediately released.
