A surveillance camera caught images of man who police said held up a Chase Bank branch on the city's northwest side Wednesday.
Witnesses say the man walked into the branch near Carriage Place Shopping Center at 4810 Sawmill Rd. at 11:13 am. According to detectives, a teller was given a note with a demand for cash.
The bank employee complied and gave the man money from a drawer. Witnesses said the robber fled northbound on Sawmill Rd.
Police said the robber was as a Caucasian male with a beard, 5'5"to 5'8" in height, weighing 150-170 lbs. Witnesses estimated him to be 25-30 years old.
In the surveillance images, he wore a black winter cap with an orange spider logo, a black coat over a black hoodie, and a pair of jeans.
