Dublin-Based Company To Be Sold For $30 Million

Westell Technologies, Inc. announced it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Dublin-based Kentrox.

The $30 million cash transaction is expected to close on April 1.

According to its website, Kentrox, located at 5800 Innovation Dr., is an innovator in comprehensive monitoring, management and control of remote sites, such as cell sites and towers.

Westell has its headquarters in Aurora, Ill. It designs, distributes, markets and services a broad range of carrier-class communications equipment.
