Some advisories remain, but conditions have improved, but light snow or a mix of rain and snow can be expected off and on for much of the day today. Temperatures will hover in the-mid 30’s this afternoon and road conditions should quickly improve. On and off flurries will remain possible tonight and tomorrow under mostly cloudy skies. Temperatures will remain well below seasonal normal through midweek with highs in the upper 30’s to near 40 and lows in the mid to upper 20’s. A gradual warm up is expected by the end of the week as skies clear.
