A Sugar Grove man pleaded guilty to 21 felony counts related to pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor.
Mark Hughes, 57, is expected to be sentenced within 30 days. He faces a maximum sentence of 80 years and will have to register as a sex offender, according to the Fairfield County Prosecuting Attorney.
