Columbus Police were questioning four men accused of breaking into homes near the Ohio State University campus.

Police told 10TV the thefts happened around 2:30 Tuesday morning.

Undercover officers spotted the men going in and out of homes and apartments along 15th and 16th Avenues.

They had stolen property on them when taken into custody, including alcohol. Police said some of the homes were unlocked and the men just went inside.

They are now investigating to see exactly how much property was stolen from homes.
