Ohio State Mourns Death Of 2 Students Killed In Spring Break Crash

The Ohio State University community is reacting to the news that two students, returning home from spring break in Florida, were killed in a crash.

University president E. Gordon Gee tweeted "So very saddened to learn of the tragic car accident in Florida. My thoughts and prayers are with friends and loved ones of all those involved.”
The crash happened near Ebro, Fla. on Saturday.

Police said 21-year-old Courtney Miller of Niles, Ohio, was driving the car when it drifted across a center line and hit a pickup truck of college students from Oklahoma.

Brittney Gallagher of Willoughby, Ohio, also died in the crash. Both Gallagher and Miller were pronounced dead at the scene.

Two other passengers in the car are listed in critical condition.
