Walton County Fire Rescue Battalion Chief Bill May tells the Northwest Florida Daily News (http://bit.ly/WPHhJ3 ) that the women's car was full of spring break visitors returning to Ohio.
According to Florida Highway Patrol, Courtney Miller of Niles, Ohio, was driving near Ebro on Saturday morning when she drifted into opposing traffic. Miller and her front passenger, Brittney Gallagher of Willoughby, Ohio, were pronounced dead at the scene. Two other passengers were hospitalized in critical condition.
According to OSU's The Lantern, Gallagher and Miller were Ohio State University students.
