An 18-year-old man was shot in the leg by a gunman in a vehicle on Saturday.
Police responded to the shooting scene in the 1000 block of Atcheson Ave. on the near east side of the city around 10:45 a.m.
The victim suffered a gunshot wound above his right ankle. Police said his condition was stable when paramedics took him to Grant Medical Center.
Investigators did not indicate if they had any information about the gunman.
