An 18-year-old man is facing charges for allegedly using a credit card that belongs to a man who was found dead this weekend.

Jamaal Crecy used a Visa card to buy a gift card at a Kroger store, according to court records.

Police said the card belonged to Robert Daley, who was found dead in his apartment on Saturday.

Court documents indicate that Dale's property, along with a gun, was found in the residence where Crecy was arrested.

Crecy denied any involvement in the death of the restaurant manager.

He is facing charges of receiving stolen property.
