Emergency crews responded to 2731 Highland Park Dr. in southeast Columbus Monday afternoon around 4 p.m. when a minivan hit an apartment building.
The crash occurred at the Woodland Trace apartments.
A woman driving on Highland Park lost control of her vehicle and hit the corner of the building, police said.
No one was inside at the time, and the driver was not injured.
Police said the driver will be charged with failure to control and not having a valid driver's license.
