The Franklin County Prosecutor announced on Monday the first two convictions in connection with cheating at the new Columbus casino.
According to Prosecutor Ron O'Brien's office, Westley Wolfingbarger was sentenced to eight months in jail, suspended for 18 months of community control or probation with $2,600 in restitution ordered.
The prosecutor said that Wolfingbarger capped or added bets to his wagers in a three-card poker game.
Ming Wu was sentenced to eight months, suspended for 24 months of community control or probation.
Wu also capped or added bets in a baccarat game.
Both cases were fifth-degree felony casino gaming offense.
