Thomas E. Shifflet
In Athens County, a man is on trial for allegedly molesting several children.
Thomas Shifflet, 76, was arrested on one count of rape, three counts of gross sexual imposition, and one count of sexual imposition.
Several children have already testified against Shifflet during the trial.
Shifflet was arrested during an investigation involving day care center which was run by his daughters.
Investigators said Shifflet reportedly groped at least four children.
