The Columbus Bomb Squad was called to an intersection near downtown Columbus Sunday night due to a suspicious package.
Authorities were contacted after 9:30 p.m. due to the package near N. High St. and 8th Street.
The intersection in the area was blocked, and a robotic device was used to check the package.
Police said nothing dangerous was discovered. They did not reveal what was found in the package.
