Sheriff Asks For Information About Licking County Gas Station Robbery

Law enforcement officials said a man who implied he had a weapon robbed a gas station of cash on Tuesday.

According to the Licking County Sheriff’s Office, a man entered the Sunoco station, located at 10285 Lancaster Road in Hebron, at 4:38 p.m. on Tuesday and approached the clerk.

The man did not display a weapon but implied that he had a gun. He took an unknown amount of cash from the gas station.

The robber is described as a white male in his mid-20s, approximately 5 feet 8 inches to 6 feet tall, and was between 140 and 170 pounds. He was wearing a red Ohio State University hooded sweatpants and blue sweatpants and tennis shoes.

Anyone who was in the area of the gas station and saw someone matching this description is asked to call the sheriff’s office at 740-670-5500.
