Police have charged a man for having a video on a computer that showed child pornography.
Michael Kupay, 25, is accused of having the computer file.
Authorities said the video showed an adult male having sex with a small child, possibly as young as 4-years-old.
Kupay has been charged with pandering obscenities involving a minor.
The man's bond was set at $10,000. He is also not allowed to access the Internet.
