Granville Elementary Student Disciplined For Cyberbullying

The superintendent for the Granville Exempted Village Schools told 10TV News on Tuesday that a student was disciplined for cyberbullying.

According to the superintendent, the elementary school student was disciplined for breaking the district’s code of conduct, which includes a policy on cyberbulling.

Superintendent Jeff Brown said that the alleged bullying incident did not occur on school grounds.

The district was alerted to the issued because of a parent.

The details of the alleged cyberbulling and of the disciplinary measures were not released.
