Special Information:
   An approaching winter storm will bring a mix of rain, snow and sleet today with snow tonight. Winter Storm Warnings and Winter Weather Advisories go into effect this afternoon and run through at least midday tomorrow. Moderate to heavy snow is expected tonight and may cause travel headaches overnight and tomorrow morning. Accumulations of 3-6" are possible depending on the amount of rain that mixes in, with some heavier accumulations possible in NW Ohio. High pressure returns Wednesday night and Thursday with clearing skies and a nice warm-up from Thursday into the weekend.
