Sheriff's deputies in Marion County say the body of a 29-year-old man was found in a parking lot along Southland Parkway early Tuesday.
Deputies told 10TV that the body of Charlie Randall was discovered around 12:30 a.m.
Investigators said a person called the sheriff's office after making the discovery.
"He's lying in my parking lot, like right in the parking spot here with his pants down, and he's got like a sheet over him," said the caller.
Deputies said they were not sure how Randall died, but they are treating it as a criminal investigation while they review the circumstances.
There were no signs of trauma to the body. The body was sent to the Franklin County Coroner's Office for an autopsy.
