A woman was safe early Friday after authorities said four men abducted her.
Authorities continued to search for the men, described as white and driving a silver Acura, after the woman was found. The men are considered to be armed.
According to the Muskingum County Sheriff’s Office, the woman was found safe along I-70 in Licking County.
Sheriff’s officials said the unidentified woman was abducted at about 2:15 a.m. by four men in a silver Acura.
Officials said the abduction stemmed from a drug deal. The men came to Muskingum County from Columbus to buy prescription drugs.
The alleged victim’s cellphone signal helped authorities locater her.
Anyone with information about the abduction is asked to call authorities.
