A former nurse was sentenced to four months in prison for illegally accessing her supervisor’s personal email accounts.

According to the U.S. District Attorney’s Office, Adriann Brierley, 37, of Buckeye Lake was sentenced for looking at the accounts of her supervisor at the hospital where she worked.

She also copied personal information and distributed it, according to a release from the District Attorney’s Office.

Court documents stated that Brierley copied all of the information stored in the accounts and reset the passwords. She then created a document containing personal pictures, information about her employer’s job performance, sex life and other information and sent it to the victim’s email contacts, employer and co-workers.

The incidents took place in 2008.

Brierley pleaded guilty on Oct. 31 to one felony count of computer intrusion.
