Police say thieves stole thousands of dollars in truck batteries from three Hilliard businesses.
The owner of Advanced Office Systems off of Parkway Lane said he arrived at work Saturday morning, discovered nine batteries missing and called police.
Two other businesses on the same road, Appliance Smart and Richilieu America, also reported stolen truck batteries.
Hilliard police are investigating.
