A former doctor pleaded no contest on Tuesday in connection with allegedly having sex with a minor, according to The Columbus Dispatch.
Samuel Bracken Jr. was accused of engaging in a sex act with a 15-year-old boy. He was charged with unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.
According to police, a security camera captured the retired doctor engaging in the sex act. Police said the case came to light after Bracken, 73, called his security camera company to erase the tapes.
A police report stated that Bracken, 73, told detectives that he needed to install video cameras because he had boys from the Big Brothers program stay at his home and he wanted to prevent thefts.
Bracken told police that there were only two sexual encounters with the boy, and the "second one just happened," officers said.
