Deputies Work To Clear Scene Of Active One-Pot Meth Lab

Fairfield County deputies said they discovered an active meth lab on Monday evening, according to the Lancaster Eagle Gazette.

According to the paper, deputies discovered the lab in the 3000 block of Market Street in Rushville.

The paper reported that a Sgt. Rod Hamler with the Street Crime Reduction and Apprehension Program knocked on the door and a person answered actively shaking a one-pot meth lab.

Fire crews and crews from the Fairfield-Hocking Major Crime Unit were on scene to contain the chemicals at about 5:30 p.m.
