Accused Chardon High School shooter T.J. Lane will be in court on Tuesday to plead guilty in the shooting deaths of three students, according to Cleveland television station WEWS-TV.
The station reported that a plea deal had been worked out for Lane to change his plea from not guilty by reason of insanity.
Lane's defense attorney declined to comment to WEWS-TV on what is expected to unfold in court Tuesday morning, saying he would make any appropriate comments following the hearing.
If convicted at trial, Lane faced life in prison without parole.
