Police said a driver who drove the wrong way on Interstate 670 early Thursday morning was the one who died.
According to police, Casey P. Badgley was driving westbound in the eastbound lanes of I-670 near Cassady Avenue when he struck a vehicle driven by 26-year-old Sara Vogelmeier.
The two vehicles collided head-on.
Badgley, 25, was transported to Grant Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead shortly after 3 a.m.
Vogelmeier, who is seven months pregnant, was taken to the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center where she was in critical condition as of Thursday morning at 10 a.m.
Badgley was believed to have been under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash.
