A judge dismissed all charges against a Lima man accused of attempted rape after allegedly trying to set up a meeting for sex with a 9-year-old.
According to the Franklin County Clerk of Courts charges for Addison R. Richardson, 23, were dropped Thursday.
Court officials did not explain to 10TV why the charges were dismissed.
